Fullstack Job: OutSystems Developer (remote)

Job Description

• Develop enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform, touching all layers from data modeling and integrations to business logic and UI
• Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet user requirements and business objectives
• Document, implement, test, and debug features following the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
• Build and integrate with internal and external APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality software that meets user expectations and business requirements
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality software on time and within budget
• Analyze user requirements and create relevant user stories and specifications for development that align with the product roadmap and business objectives
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, provide feedback on their work, and help them grow their skills and capabilities
• High-touch collaboration across products teams and team management
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems and web technologies and share your knowledge with the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development (Mobile or Web), with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture, components, and best practices
• Proficiency in OutSystems 11 or later and experience with reactive web and mobile apps development
• Strong full-stack development skills, including expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and API development
• Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our product vision and strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets industry standards.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design
